LITE guard trench shields now made in the UK.

Made and distributed by L M Products of Oldbury Warley, Near Birmingham.

The Standard LITE guard trench shield meets the BS EN 13331.1 & .2-2002 standard (British and European)

Has a characteristic load capacity of 33 kN (kPa)

Panels are double skinned 2400mm L x 1200mm H (8’ x 4’) and have stacking capability.

Panels weigh approximately 57kgs each with a complete shield weighing around 130kgs

Spreader bars are adjustable screw jacks 600 to 900mm wide and 1000mm to 1800mm wide

Can be carried into restricted access sites by 2 men and assembled next to the excavation.

The LITE guard shield has been developed to suit the mini excavator market, this shield is easily handled by a machine as small as a 1.5 tonne excavator.
