Our Grave Shoring products were designed in conjunction with Fawkner Cemetery Staff.

Our products are certified by a qualified Engineer and are extremely light and easy to use.

We, at Lite Guard believe that Health & Safety is of prime importance and that it is our responsibility as employers to take every precaution in providing our workers with a safe work environment, above and below ground.

Grave Shoring Panels can be handled manually or by small machinery often used within cemeteries. The Panels are very light, weighing approx. 28kg each.

The standard panels are 2400mm long x 560mm high x 40mm thick and constructed of structural grade aluminium. We can, however make the panels any size to suit your requirements. Our panels are painted green or any colour on request.

The shoring can be made in one piece (Box Section) and extra sections can be stackable to meet the required depth. Size to suit requirements.

Base panels come with 600mm high legs in the corners to save damaging the coffins on removal of the system.

The shoring system comprises of one base unit with 4 spreader bars. The additional panels which have 2 spreader bars stack on top of the base unit, using the extension joiners.

Lifting lugs on all panels.
Panels can be stacked 4 high to a depth of 3000mm.

Spreader bars, either screw jack adjustable or fixed length.

Spreader bars double as a ladder for entering and exiting the excavation.

Mesh or solid aluminium.

Either can be used independently over an open grave or can attach to the grave shoring system and the decking.

The lids can be lockable.

Can be used on its own or attaches to the Lite Guard grave shoring system and also the safety lid.

Now has a sloping edge to prevent tripping.

Can be made in four parts or in one piece.

Different sizes available.

In sandy soil cutting edges are recommended.

They can either be built into the base panels or clip on.

Aluminium end closure panels are also for use in sandy soil.

Each end panel is made up of 3 separate sections which are adjustable to fit the grave width.

Made to suit required grave depths.
